Corporate culture
INTECO KRS Human Resources Department has developed a set of rules for employees, which is known as Corporate Culture Code.
It refers to:
- appearance of the employees (each INTECO KRS employee should be neatly dressed according to the corporate principles);
- rules of conduct in the workplace (mutual respect, mutual assistance, speaking in a level voice and no sorting things out at work);
- joint events (INTECO KRS employees take part in various corporate events such as sports competitions and creative contests;
- feedback (each employee has the opportunity to communicate with the company’s management through various forms of communication. The enterprises have special mailboxes for correspondence; employees can also contact the company management through a special form on the corporate website. The management immediately responds to all requests from employees, without neglecting any single message).
